Food & Drinks - Useful Info and Price List

EuroVillage (Nursery, Primary, S1-S3)

On the Friday, P3-P5 students (accompanied by their class teacher), Nursery and Primary parents attending the Springfest and S1-S3 students (who have a normal school day) will be able to purchase food from the EuroVillage in the Canteen.

Various types of traditional food will be available for purchase, prepared by parents representing the seven language sections of our school, and prices will be determined accordingly.

To allow our EuroVillage coordinators to plan for the food stands and to avoid queues, parents and S1-S3 pupils are strongly encouraged to buy their tickets in advance. P3-P5 pupils will need to use pre-bought tickets due to time constraints.

European Street Food Festival (S1-S3 & S4-S7 students on their respective Springfest days)

The prices for this year's street food has not yet been communicated.

For reference, you can consult last year's prices: Springfest 2024.

Useful Information

Canteen / Cafeteria

On the Thursday, there will be a canteen service for Nursery/Primary and S4-S7 students. S1-S3 students will not be able to use the Canteen and instead will be able to purchase food from food stands in the European Street Food Festival.

On the Friday, there will be no canteen service.

The Secondary cafeteria will be closed on both days.

Online tickets

For organisational reasons, a significant number of tickets will have to be sold online via the APEEE platform in advance. They will be distributed by/to the students in class a few days before the Springfest.

To facilitate the distribution of tickets, parents must place an order for each of their children seperately and to clearly indicate the student’s name, surname and class (year and section, e.g. S3CSA or S5FRB).

Parents wishing to purchase their own tickets for the EuroVillage are advised to indicate their surname and name and the class of one of their children in primary school (year and section, eg P3CSA or P3FRB).

Additional tickets will be available for sale on Springfest day. For planning purposes and to avoid queues, parents and students are strongly encouraged to buy their tickets in advance.

Please avoid ordering tickets for siblings in the same order.

We hope you’ll have a wonderful time in this year’s Springfest!
