How to Enrol

All applications to enrol for APEEE Ixelles services (Canteen, Extracurricular Activities and Transport) must be carried out online through

MyAPEEE Enrolment platform

For parents that are new to the school, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to create a profile in MY APEEE. If you do not receive such an email or experience difficulties in logging in, please contact enrolment@apeeeb3.be or webmaster@apeeeb3.be

Online enrolment is only possible for parents who are members of the APEEE Ixelles Parents Association and who have paid their annual membership fee.

The enrolment schedule is published each year and indicates the dates when online enrolment is open for the next academic school year.

THE ENROLMENT PROCESS

  • Your child is enrolled in the EEB3
    The first step is to have at least one child enroled in the European School of Brussels 3 - Ixelles
  • Verify your account at MyAPEEE
    New parents will receive an invitation email with instructions to register their profile in MyAPEEE,
    Parents already registered are requested to verify their profile is up-to-date.
  • Pay the APEEE Annual Fee
    The annual membership fee should be paid prior to applying for services. This can be done via MyAPEEE.
  • Enrolment to our serveces
    By logging into MyAPEEE you will be able to apply and manage services for your child/children - Canteen, Extracurricular Activities and Transport.
