APEEE Ixelles - General Assembly 2026
The ordinary General Assembly 2026 of the APEEE Ixelles will take place on Tuesday 3rd of February at 7 pm.
All parents are invited to attend the Assembly on site or to watch the live streaming of the event.
N.B. Only class representatives are entitled to vote. Read the useful information for representatives below.
A simultaneous interpretation service (French/English) will be available, on site only.
To attend the General Assembly in situ

The reception desk for the GA will be open as of 6:30 pm.
N.B Parents who do not work in the EU institutions and would like to attend the General Assembly on site (and therefore don’t have an access badge) should register via a Google Form (the link will be sent out in the information email for all parents) by Wednesday 28th of January, 12 pm.
To attend the General Assembly online
The link for the live streaming will be made available before the GA.

An email with all useful information will be sent to all representatives.
To participate in situ
The reception desk will be open as of 6:30 pm in order to register participants before the start of the GA.

The link will be made available via MyAPEEE.
Please prepare your connection by 6:45 pm.
N.B. The chat will not be available.
Proxies
If you are unable to attend the General Assembly either in situ or online, you may delegate by proxy to another class representative of your choice. All proxies must be registered online by Monday 2nd of February, 12 pm.

Voting
All class representatives attending the GA (in situ or online) will have the right to vote online via MyAPEEE platform (login required).
Modalities and links will be provided during the General Assembly for both online and in situ participants.
Other useful information
The agenda and all preparatory documents
These elements will be available on MyAPEEE platform (login required) > Documents > General Assembly as of Monday 19th of January. The motions and candidacies (following points) will be added to the platform upon their reception by the APEEE Director.
Proposals for other topics and draft resolution (motion) submission
Any point to be discussed and any draft resolution must be submitted electronically to the APEEE Director, Mrs. Ornella Di Perri (diperri.ornella@apeeeixelles.be), no later than Monday 26th of January, 12 pm.
Any document sent after this date will have to be approved at the beginning of the General Assembly.
Candidates for the election to the Management Board
If you wish to apply for one of the five (5) available Board positions, please fill out the Candidate form available on MyAPEEE platform (login required) in the section > Documents > General Assembly, and submit it electronically to the APEEE Director, Mrs. Ornella Di Perri (diperri.ornella@apeeeixelles.be) by Monday 26th of January at the latest.
