The APEEE Ixelles Canteen service prepares school meals on site for all registered pupils on a daily basis.

Change of menu for Garderie, Primary & Secondary:
Porc/beef sausage and Carrot Stoemp (allergens: celery (sausage), eggs (sausage, carrot Stoemp), milk (sausage, carrot Stoemp), mustard (sausage), soy (sausage)


Alternative main dish: chicken fritter (allergens: gluten), Carrot Stoemp (allergens: eggs, milk)

Exceptionally, this Monday February 08, we will serve

Fish fries, carrot sticks, half a white baguette
Allergens: Gluten (+dessert) / poisson / eggs (+dessert) / celery / milk (+dessert) / nuts (dessert) sesame (dessert) / soybeans (dessert)

Only for P1 and P2 students. This is only a test.

ORGANISATION - DAILY SERVICE

A team of 5 chefs prepares 95% of the food on site from raw ingredients. The 3 course lunch menu comprises:
  • - soup/raw vegetables
  • - warm main course
  • - dessert
  • - bread and water

Please note: Due to the Covid risk management measures, all self-service is suspended, including the salad bar. Table service is provided directly by the Canteen staff

In addition, for pupils P3-S7, four self-service salad bars with raw vegetables are available.

Canteen Serving Times - (as implemented on compliance of the Covid-19 Safety measures)

Menus are posted on the doors of the refectory and of the teachers' canteen and also presented on TV screens in the canteen area.

Please note that after each service, 15 minutes of cleaning are included in the planning.

Seating arrangements
Necessary adjustments have been implemented, particularly with regard to the service areas,in accordance with the standards laid down in circular 76.86 of the Wallonia- Brussels Federation.

Secondary students will be placed at the table by class level and language section.
They should always occupy - as far as possible - the same place. Unnecessary movements are to be avoided.
Based on the number of registrations, other adjustments in order to comply to the space and timetable criteria could be implemented in the following weeks.

SNACKS – AFTER SCHOOL GARDERIE/SNACK & GO

Snacks are prepared for pupils registered for the on-site garderie in the school and for pupils enrolled for Snack&Go (extracurricular activity).

N.B. The hygiene measures implemented for the Covid-19 infection prevention in the Canteen are also applied to the snacks of the Garderies.
