  • Call for Volunteers! Role-play exercise for primary school students: “Young Ambassadors”

The School is seeking volunteer parents to support the role-play exercise "Young Ambassadors". The aim of the game is to familiarise students of EEB III with the decision-making process in the EU and to illustrate positive impact of the EU on their life. The game was prepared by parents who are familiar with the topic and the decision-making process from their work experience. It was played last year for the first time in P4 classes with considerable success. The exercise will be held in P4 classes this year also in the period from April-May2019.

  • National strike in Belgium on Wednesday 13 February 2019: possible impact on our transport service.

    Dear parents,

We would like to inform you that, due to the national strike, our transport service may be affected tomorrow.

We are actively working to ensure that our buses will operate normally on all routes, even with replacement drivers. Yet, several bus monitors that rely on public transport to come to work will not be able to provide their services. The strike is also expected to impact on traffic tomorrow.

Parents will be informed by sms as early as possible on any problems that may occur.

    Thank you for your understanding.

  • Launching of a BXL campaign "Join the air seekers!" from Bruxsel'Air

Do you want to take concrete action against air pollution in Brussels? That's good! Bruxsel’Air have just launched the Collaborative Science Researchers!

The idea is simple: you install a fine particle detector at home, you connect it to an online map, and you contribute to visualize in real time the air quality in Brussels.

The more detectors there are, the more pollution will be visible, and the more our electes will have to act quickly. It's your turn:https://www.bruxselair.org/agir/
