Springfest: Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for many parent volunteers, from all cycles, for the following Springfest activities:

  1. Games and activities organised by the APEEE for primary and nursery children on Friday, 9/05:
  • Wooden board games
  • Photobooth
  • Makeup stand
  • Library / theatre
  • Flea market for books, games, DVDs, etc

Please indicate your availabilities in this file : you can write your name in the desirable slot of activity and also please include your phone number, so you can be added to WhatsApp group to be able to communicate with the coordinators.
All parents are also welcome to contribute unused but in good condition books, DVDs, small board games for the flea market. For more information, please read the file below.

  1. Eurovillage on 09/05: on Friday, the canteen will be closed and we will organize food stands with national plates from all the sections of our school in the canteen premises. It will be open to all primary and nursery pupils and their parents, S1-S3 pupils and all parents volunteering that day in Springfest.
    To help on the national food stands and bring contributions you will be contacted directly via the Eurovillage section coordinators. We will particularly need your help for the Eurovillage as we need ensure food for around 3000 people!
  2. Secondary Street Food Festival (08 & 09/05): volunteers are needed for the food stands in the Secondary Springfest zone on both Thursday 08/05 and Friday 09/05. To express interest, contact Mrs Stergiouli at eleannas@yahoo.com.
