SPRINGFEST- CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

Our annual school’s Springfest will take place on Thursday, 9 May 2019.

It’s organized jointly by teachers, secondary pupils, the school and parents.

In order to make this event a success, the APEEE encourages parents to volunteer in helping with the different activities like

- Primary activities,

- Selling tickets,

- Delivering pre-ordered tickets,

- Providing food for the Eurovillage,

- Selling food at the Eurovillage,

- Manning other stands as French fries, hotdog, popcorn, BBQ, bar, etc

We need coordinators for Eurovillage food stands in each section, responsible for their stand’s functioning and decoration.

Parents who volunteered in the past really enjoyed the day spent in the community spirit of this special day at school and with the kids!
