Information meeting on the Garderies : Thursday 22 February 2018

What is the difference between a garderie post-scolaire and a garderie aérée? Where are the Commission-managed garderies located? What will my child do during his/her time at the garderie? How do I enroll my child for these garderies?

All these questions and more will be answered at the information meeting organised by the Parents’ Association of the European Creches and Garderies in Brussels at CCAB (Centre de Conférences Albert Borschette, Room 0.A) from 12.30pm to 2.30pm on Thursday 22 February 2018. Mr Philippe LOOP, Head of Unit responsible for Kindergarten and childminding facilities, and Mr Adrian MOLDOVAN, Head of Sector responsible for Enrolments and operational support, have kindly agreed to address the meeting and to answer parents’ questions.

For garderie post-scolaire in Brussels, please note that the application period for all enrolments (new and renewals) for the 2018-2019 school year will run from 5 March to 10 April 2018.

Some logistical details:

If you are NOT working for the EU institutions but your partner works for the European Commission: you will need to ask your partner to enroll you via ePass (http://www.cc.cec/security/epass/Apps/Index.cfm). 

If you are NOT working for the EU institutions but your partner works for another Institution: you can ask us to issue your epass for you by return of e-mail indicating your name, first name, date of birth, nationality and ID doc number. 

PLEASE PRINT YOUR EPASS CONFIRMATION TO GET A QUICK ACCESS TO THE MEETING VENUE and bear in mind to arrive at least 20min in advance.
