Garderie Aérée - Outdoor Childcare

OIB.CPE.3 launches the enrolments for the Outdoor Childcare of Summer 2018 holidays for children from 4 to 12 years old :

·         from 2 July to 31 August 2018 for children attending Belgian schools;

·         from 9 July to 31 August 2018 for children attending European schools.

The outdoor childcare will be held mainly at the Centre interinstitutionnel européen (C.I.E.), Dennenboslaan 54 at 3090 Overijse. Bus transfer from Beaulieu and Wilson to the C.I.E. is available.

During the busiest weeks, we may have to open the Wilson site for children younger than 6 years old whose departure site is Wilson or Beaulieu. In that case there will also be a bus transfer from Beaulieu to Wilson. Please note that we do not exclude having to extend this to children aged 6 years or more and to another site (Beaulieu, Palmerston) depending on the number of enrolments.

·         Enrolments are open from Monday 16 April to Monday 14 May 2018, exclusively via the ECAS secured application Kiddyweb. Enrolments can only be done by the paying parent and after verification of their child's file.

·         Cancellation requests must be received no later than

·         28 May 2018 for weeks 27, 28, 29 and 30

·         15 June 2018 for weeks 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35

·         To avoid any logistical problems, only one place of arrival and departure can be accepted.

·         As the groups are made in accordance with the site selected, please note that no change of site of departure/arrival will be accepted after the enrolment.
