First phase of the Enrolment process for the extracurricular activities

Dear parents,

Let us first thank you for your very positive remarks and appreciation for the Enrolment system that allows you to manage from a single application your registrations to all APEEE services.

The first phase of the Enrolment process for the extracurricular activities has been completed on June 27. Places will now be assigned to the extracurricular activities with a random process for overbooked activities and direct acceptance for all other activities. (For more information on this process please consult the APEEE page.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the activity title and schedule for each activity that has been accepted for your children.

The list of activities for your children will also appear in the timetable page for your family.

The second phase for eEnrolment will open as of July 3 at 9 AM. During this phase the registration will be done on a first come first served basis for all available places until an activity has been fully booked.

Payment for activitiesInstructions and deadlines for payment for the activities that your child has been admitted will be communicated in a separate e-mail within few weeks

Other APEEE services (Cantine / Transport)You may still submit applications for these two services until Firdat June 30 at 23:59. The applications will be processed in the following days. You will be receiving a confirmatory e-mail.
