First Days of School 2025/2026 - Services Organisation

Dear parents,

We look forward to welcoming you to a new school year!

Please read carefully the information concerning the services of the APEEE Ixelles during the first few weeks of the 2025/2026 school year.

Transport

The transport service will be operational as of Wednesday 3rd of September, in the morning.

Buses will leave the school at 13:00 for home, and 13:30 for the APPS (COLE, Van Maerlant, Wilson).

Things to remember:

  • Check on MyApeee the updated timetables/stops/bus numbers before the first day of school, as routes changes may have been implemented.
  • Go to your bus stop 5 minutes in advance.

N.B. Nursery students: parents are requested to provide their children with a badge with the child’s name and surname, bus information and mobile phone number where they can be reached during the first days.

 

Canteen

  • Wednesday 3rd of September: the canteen service will be available only for Nursery students and the APPS (COLE, Van Maerlant, Wilson, Ixelles).
  • From Thursday 4th of September: service available for all enrolled students.

The Cafeteria will be open as of Wednesday 3rd of September for Secondary students.

Until Friday 12/09:

  • Priority access for S1 students
    They may enter the Canteen 10 minutes before the normal entry time at 12:50 pm.

N.B. Secondary students are required to show their badge at the entrance to the Canteen. Please note that the badge can also be used in the Cafeteria by all Secondary students (even those who are not registered for the Canteen).

How to get the badge and other useful information

 

Extracurricular activities

Extracurricular activities will start as of Monday 8th of September.

Please provide the following information in your child’s agenda for each activity:

  • Name of the activity
  • Where to go after the activity: parent pick-up, Ixelles garderie, another activity, school bus (specify the line number)

N.B. Nursery and Primary students cannot leave the school on their own after their extra-curricular activity for the first two weeks of activities, even if the appropriate document has been provided.
