Message from Césame- APEEE Uccle

Dear Parents,

We sincerely hope that everything goes well for you and your family.

Despite the circumstances related to the COVID 19 crisis, we are preparing for the next school year as if it were going to be "normal". We are sending you in attachment all the information for swimming lessons 2020-2021. Of course, we will adapt to the current situation and keep you informed.

Below you will find various useful information for the registration of your child

2020-2021

-      Enrolments can be done, as for other Services, via the online registration site.

The programme/description/rules of the swimming lessons are enclosed and also available on our website under the heading Césame – Swimming.

 Dates of test sessions for new swimmers

Due to the health situation, we are unable to confirm test dates prior to the opening of registrations. This is why, exceptionally, we allow you to register now and then validate the level when the tests can be organized. 

In order to form homogenous groups, we suggest that you carefully take into account the different skills of each swimming level mentioned in our program. Any change of level will be done within the limit of available places! (In this particular case, the change of group level will not be charged). 

Once the order has been placed, please send an email to natation.cesame@uccleparents.org with the child's first name, surname and registration level so that we can contact you once the test dates have been confirmed.

Opening of registrations 2020 -2021

Registrations will open on Monday 15 June 2020 at 9.00 for ESB swimmers

Registrations will open on Tuesday 23 June 2020 at 9.00 for other swimmers

If your child wishes to continue the activity, he or she will have to register in the samegroup as for the year 2019-2020, except for levels 1, 2 and 3 where the child can enroll to the next level.

If your child is enrolled at the European School of Ixelles Woluwe, Berkendael or Laeken, it is necessary to create a parent account on the site: www.service.uccleparent.org in order to place your order. (In this case, the APEEE contribution of 50 euros will not be charged).

IMPORTANT: this Registration Form will only be accessible at the opening of registrations!
