Dear parents,

May we remind you that the school will be closed from Monday 3/4 to Monday 17/4 (included) for the Easter holidays.

On Friday 31 March, the APEEE services will operate as follows:

Transport

Following the decision of the School management to cancel the 9th period on Friday 31/3 for Secondary pupils (as usual before the Easter Break), please be informed that the second departure of the school buses (at 16:30) on that day will also be cancelled.

  • Secondary pupils are invited to take the buses of the 1st departure (priority will be given to pupils normally enrolled on those buses) or leave the school by their own means.
  • Primary pupils that participate in an extracurricular activity on Friday should be picked up by their parents.
  • The buses to the afterschool centers (garderies) will operate at 12:30 (for MAT, P1-P2 only) and at 15:35 (for all pupils concerned).

 

Extracurricular activities

The extracurricular activities will operate as usual. Pupils that participate in an activity from 15:30 to 16:30 will need to be picked up by their parents (as no bus service will be provided at 16:30)

No changes, ordinary schedule.
