APEEE services - Friday 20 December 2019

 Dear Parents,

May we remind you that the school will be closed from Monday 23 December 2019 to Monday 6 January 2020 (Pedagogical day) inclusive.

On Friday 20 December 2019, the APEEE services will operate as follows:

Transport 

·       The second departure of buses (at 16:30) will be cancelled, following the school management's decision to cancel the 9th period for Secondary.

·       The first departure at 15:35 will be maintained, as usual, and will also accommodate the Secondary pupils that wish to leave at that time.

·       The buses to the afterschool centers (garderies) will operate at 12:30 (for MAT, P1-P2 only) and at 15:35 (for all concerned). 

Extracurricular activities. The extracurricular activities will operate as usual. Pupils that follow an activity after 15:35 will need to be picked up by their parents (as no bus service will be provided at 16:30).

Canteen. No changes to the ordinary schedule.
