APEEE Services – First Days of School 2024/2025
Dear parents,
We look forward to welcoming you to a new school year!
Please read carefully the indications concerning the services of the APEEE Ixelles during the first week of the school year 2024/2025.

Transport
The transport service will be operational from Wednesday 4 September in the morning. Buses will leave the school at 13:00 for home, and 13:30 for the Garderies (COLE, Van Maerlant, Wilson).
Things to remember:
- Check on MyApeee the updated timetables/stops/bus numbers before the first day of school, as routes changes may have been implemented.
- Go to your bus stop 5 minutes in advance.
N.B. Nursery pupils: parents are requested to provide their children with a badge with the child’s name and surname, bus information and mobile phone number where they can be reached during the first days.
Canteen
- Wednesday 4 September: the canteen service will be available only for Nursery pupils and the garderies
- From Thursday 5 September: service available for all enrolled pupils.
The Cafeteria will be open as of Wednesday 4 September for secondary pupils.
N.B. Secondary pupils are required to show their badge at the entrance to the canteen. Please note that the badge can also be used in the Cafeteria by all Secondary pupils (even those who are not registered for the canteen).
How to get the badge and other useful information
Extracurricular activities
Extracurricular activities will start as of Monday 9 September.
Please provide the following information in your child’s agenda for each activity:
- Name of the activity
- Where to go after the activity: parent pick-up, Ixelles garderie, another activity, school bus (specify the line number)
N.B. Nursery and Primary pupils cannot leave the school on their own after their extra-curricular activity.
