APEEE Ixelles - General Assembly 2022

The annual General Assembly of the APEEE Ixelles will take place on Tuesday 15 February from 18.30 to 23.00 on Zoom.

All parents are invited to watch the live streaming of the event. The link to the live streaming will be available on MyAPEEE platform (Log in required).

Access to the meeting

Access to the Zoom link and e-voting process will be granted from MyAPEEE. You are kindly requested to be logged in before the meeting starts.

Voting

All class representatives will have the right to vote online via MyAPEEE platform (Log in required). If you don't know your MyAPEEE credentials, please request them via the Reset password page"

Delegate by proxy

To delegate by proxy to another class representative of your choice, please fill the form online or fill in the proxy form on MyAPEEE platform (Log in required) in the section > Documents > General assembly and send it to info@apeeeb3.be by Tuesday 8 February 2022 at 11.59 pm, at the latest.

Are you a class representative and interested in joining the Board? If so, please fill out the Candidate form on MyAPEEE platform (Log in required) in the section > Documents > General assembly, and send it to the APEEE office to the attention of Ms Ornella Di Perri (diperri.ornella@apeeeb3.be) until Friday 4 February 2021.

The draft agenda, all preparatory documents, the new Statutes to be amended and the motions will be available on MyAPEEE platform (Log in required) > Documents > General Assembly as soon as they are finalized.
