APEEE General Meeting on 22 January 2018

Dear Parents,

You will find attached the draft agenda for the General Meeting of the APEEE Brussels III, which will be held on Monday, 22 January 2018 at 7 pm in the Charlemagne building, Alcide De Gasperi Room, Rue de la Loi 170, 1000 Brussels : http://ec.europa.eu/oib/pdf/34-loi.pdf. Enrolment will begin at 6.15 pm, in order to register your attendance and proxies and to be able to start the Meeting on time.

Only the class representatives, who have paid their 2017-2018 membership fee, will be allowed to exercise their rights. All parents are welcome to attend the General Meeting.

If you would like to participate in the General Meeting and you are not in possession of a valid EU institution badge, you can register until Wednesday 17 January 2018 by clicking on the following link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Er9TpPx83iloRTYK5vsvW2h-c_ApkzGcBxz156…

If you cannot come to the General Meeting, you can give your proxy to another class representative, whose annual fee payment should be up-to-date. Parents will receive an explanatory message about e-voting. Proxies may be registered only via the system from Monday, 15 January up until Monday, 22 January 2018 (at 3 pm).

Each class representative may cast a maximum of four votes during the meeting.

Regarding the next steps and the deadlines before our General Meeting :

a) All preparatory documents will be published two (2) weeks prior to our Meeting at our website link.
b) All items for discussion or motions for a decision should be submitted in principle up before Thursday, 18 January 2018.
c) The applications from candidates for the 5 vacant posts on the Board should be submitted to the Secretariat info@apeeeb3.be by Thursday, 18 January 2018.
d) Any interpreters in EN/FR wishing to volunteer in EN/FR may contact the secretariat info@apeeeb3.be by Thursday, 18 January 2018.
