It is jointly organised by the school, APEEE and Secondary students as an event for the whole school and wider school community - a fun-filled day when lessons are replaced by a range of activities for all ages from Nursery to Secondary. Food stands from each language section are available, and Primary students present shows they have created.
Each year year the Springfest is centered around a theme chosen by the Secondary students, e.g. ‘Sustainable Europe’, ‘Under the Sea’, ‘Dream your life’, etc. An Opening Ceremony is organised by the Secondary students following the year's theme.
Any profits from the event are used to support students’ projects as well as to support charities. Examples of charities supported in the past include Think Pink, The Smile of the Child asbl, Demiclowns asbl, Panos&Cressida4Life asbl, The Giraffe Project, and Mikembo-Mukini.
