ECA : enrolment payment until 31/8!

Dear parents,

Please note the following information concerning the enrolment for the extracurricular activities 2023/2024.

• To finalise your child’s enrolment, the activity fee must be paid until Thursday 31 August 2023 (included).
• If you wish to withdraw your child from an activity or more activities without any additional costs, please cancel via MyAPEEE or by sending an email to periscolaire@apeeeb3.be until Sunday 10 September (included).
• Cancellation requests received after this deadline and up to Sunday 24 September (included) will incur an administration fee of 40 Euros (per activity).
• No cancellations will be accepted after Sunday 24 September. However, it will be possible to change activity (subject to availability of places in the chosen activity).
