CANDIDATES
This year’s general meeting voting process will be done via our online eVoting platform but your physical presence will be required to vote.
The voting platform is available in both English and French and can be accessed by any computer, tablet or smartphone device.
You will need to bring your own device to vote and free wifi access will be given when arriving at Charlemagne building, Alcide De Gasperi Room, Rue de la Loi 170, 1000 Brussels.
We have created your Voter account and you will simply need to request a password to login along with your username which will be sent to you with the email confirmation/instructions.
You can pass your voting right to another available voter before the beginning of the meeting, at the latest, by logging to your account and going to the Delegations page. Each voter can have a maximum of 4 votes, 3 proxies and their personal one.
You can revoke/delete your proxy at any moment by going to the delegation page starting from today.
