Transport - January 2021 Update
Dear parents,
Since the reopening of school, our transport service has fully resumed (three circuits daily).
We would like to emphasize that all basic safety measures (as stated in the Seating and safety protocol on school buses of 16 November 2020) are still in force, including:
- the compulsory use of face masks for all children;
- the designation of three separate zones on each bus, corresponding to the three educational levels: MAT pupils in the first rows, P pupils in the middle of the bus, S pupils in the back of the bus (siblings are seated together);
- a fixed seating place for every child on the bus in the respective zone;
- hand disinfection before boarding the bus and upon arrival to school.
Your APEEE also monitors closely the application of all safety measures agreed with the bus companies, notably:
- the thorough and systematic cleaning and disinfection of all vehicles;
- a proper ventilation before and after each service.
Once again, we appeal to parents to remind their children of the importance of respecting these measures.
Kind regards,
The APEEE transport WG
