Teacher's day celebration - Greetings from the APEEE

Dear Teachers,

A quote from Alexander the Great is of universal application and speaks to us across thousands of years: "I am indebted to my father for living but to my teacher (Artistotle) for living well."

Our children have the chance to find in you a coach for life, an experienced fan of science, a talented art master, a joyful advocate for physical education, a cultivated person, a European citizen passionate for better education, sustaining the core values that make our continent so rich in its cultural diversity.

We, the parents, follow your steps with much admiration. This is even more required nowadays, when external hazards challenge our way of life and the foundations of our societies.

Your service in normal and in turbulent times demonstrates that education is the key driver for change as well as for upholding a thriving humanism.

With a wholehearted expression of gratitude by all parents, we wish you all a wonderful Teachers' Day in health, prosperity and new impetus for the better world which we are all dreaming about for the future.
