Canteen closed from 27/10 to 10/11

Dear parents,

Due to major and necessary maintenance work in the canteen kitchen, the canteen service will have to be suspended from Friday 27 October to Friday 10 November included (N.B. no school from 30/10 to 6/11 included).

Pupils enrolled in the canteen are asked to bring their own lunches, as well as their own cutlery and water bottle on those days (N.B. No dishes/glasses available at the canteen, as the dishwashers will not work).

The canteen’s refectory will be accessible at the usual canteen opening hours for pupils to eat their own lunch. The Cafeteria will also be open as usual (N.B. availability of sandwiches will be limited - purchases only by badge).

We strongly encourage pupils to avoid the use of plastic packaging and cups, and to use the appropriate bins.

Reimbursement will be provided to students enrolled in the canteen for the days the canteen will be closed (discount will be applied on 2^nd term), in accordance with the APEEE Ixelles Canteen Regulation and the APEEE Ixelles reimbursement policy.

Other information:

Wednesday 8/11 - Pupils enrolled in the OIB Garderie or in the Extracurricular activities going to the canteen: lunch to be brought from home (+ cutlery + water bottle).

“Etude & Go” snacks & Garderie snacks: will be served as normal throughout the week, but pupils need to bring their own water bottle.

Unfortunately the School and APEEE have had no control over the timing of this closure.
