APEEE Services – First school days 2023/2024

Dear parents,

We look forward to welcoming you to a new school year!

Please read carefully the indications concerning the services of the APEEE Ixelles during the first week of the school year 2023/2024.

We remain at your disposal to ensure a smooth start of the new school year for your children. Please contact us for further information.

Transport

The transport service will be operational from Wednesday 6 September in the morning. Buses will leave the school at 13.00.

Things to remember:

• Check on MyApeee the updated timetables/stops/bus numbers before the first day of school, as routes changes have been implemented.
• Go to your bus stop 5 minutes in advance.

N.B. Nursery children: parents are requested to provide their children with a badge with the child’s name and surname, bus information and mobile phone number where they can be reached during the first days.

Canteen

• Wednesday 6 September: the canteen service will be available only for Nursery pupils and the garderies
• From Thursday 7 September: service available for all enrolled pupils.

The Cafeteria will be open as of Wednesday 6 September for secondary pupils.

N.B. Secondary pupils are required to show their badge at the entrance to the canteen. Please note that the badge can also be used in the Cafeteria by all Secondary pupils (even those who are not registered for the canteen).

How to get the badge and other useful information

S1 pupils: distribution of badges purchased will be organised by the canteen in collaboration with the School

Extracurricular activities

Extracurricular activities will start on Monday 11 September 2023.
