APEEE Services – First days 2022/2023

Dear parents,

We look forward to welcoming you to a new school year!

Please read carefully the indications concerning the services of the APEEE Ixelles during the first week of the school year 2022/2023.

We remain at your disposal to ensure a smooth start of the new school year for your children. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

 

Transport

The transport service will be operational from Monday 5 September in the morning. Buses will leave the school at 13.00 (same bus number as Wednesday).

Things to remember:

  • Check on MyApeee the updated timetables/stops/bus numbers before the first day of school, as routes changes have been implemented.
  • Go to your bus stop 5 minutes early.

N.B. Nursery children: parents are requested to provide their children with a badge with the child’s name and surname, bus information and mobile phone number where they can be reached during the first days.

 

Canteen

  • Monday 5 September: the canteen service will be available only for Nursery pupils and the garderies
  • From Tuesday 6 September: service available for all enrolled pupils.

N.B. Secondary pupils must show their badge at the entrance to the refectory

 

Extracurricular activities

  • Extracurricular activities will start on Monday 12 September 2022.

Please check the activities of your child/children on MyApeee and:

-             Delete one or more activities if several activities overlap (on the same day at the same time) by choosing the activity that you prefer; otherwise, the system will randomly cancel an activity

-             Pay for approved activities until 31 August 2022. N.B. Activities are not cancelled automatically, a reminder is sent every fortnight

-             Cancel an activity: no fee is required until 11 September 2022; thereafter and until 25 September 2022 activities can be cancelled by paying the administrative fee of 40 euros per activity. N.B. From 26 September 2022 onwards, no cancellation is allowed (even for activities that have not yet been paid).
