To sell books:
If you are interested in selling books, you will need to fill in the online form.
You will receive a confirmation email and the book(s) will then be automatically appear under the "Books" tab on your account on MyAPEEE and listed for sale in the online shop on MyAPEEE (as of the next day following the form submission).
In case of a purchase request, both parties (seller & buyer) will receive an email with specific information so that they will be able to get in touch and to arrange the handing over and payment (if applicable OR if the sale takes place).
You can manage your books at the "Books" tab on your account on MyAPEEE. N.B. Unsold books from last year remain available on the platform; when a book is sold, please set is as sold, deactivate (uncheck the active option) it or delete it from your account.

To buy books :
If you are interested in buying books, please have a look at the items offered in the online shop on MyAPEEE.
For a specific search, type the title in the "Search for..." box.
You will receive an email of confirmation, as well as an email with specific information addressed to both parties (seller & buyer) so that you’ll be able to get in touch with the seller to arrange the handing over and payment (if applicable OR if the sale takes place).

Dropping your books |
If you drop your books during a sale-day, somebody in the team will check the acceptability of your books. On other occasions, there may not be anybody to check. In that case, please make sure all your books are acceptable for sale (please see above). Books not in the official book-list that are dropped off carelessly will be disposed of. |
Identify your books |
Use the bookslip (link to a PDF bookslip) to tag each of your books. Stick the bookslip on the inside cover In the bookslip, these 2 items must be valid for the next 5 years:
Untagged books will be sold and the money will be donated to the library. |
Pricing |
The cost of your text book is fixed at ½ of the current shop price Reading books: The sale price is €1 + Cost. Sellers will see credit(s) in their bank account by October if their books are sold.

Retention period |
5 years. If your book is not sold in that after 5 years, it is automatically given to a charity. We work with Mme Isabelle Callen in the transport office to ship these old books to a school in Senegal. |
Responsibility | The booksale group is not responsible for books that are lost or stolen while they are in our possession. If you do not agree with this, you should refrain from selling your books through us. |

Language sections |
There are 4 language sections in the EEB3 booksale, •Dutch, •English, •French, •German & •Spanish. Look for your book in the corresponding language section. If you are doing English as your L2 or L3, go to the English section to look for your English book. |

Q: Who do I contact if I have other questions?

Q: Where do I find the official book-list?
A: This is published by the school throught its own web-site www.eeb3.eu → Secondary → Practical information → Book list
Q: What if I want my book back?
A: Come to one of the booksale, with your ID and we will do our best to retrieve it for you.
Q: How do I know if my book is sold?
A: When you see a credit entry in the bank account you have nominated in the bookslip.
Q: Why can I not return the book I purchased in the EEB3 booksale?
A: Becase it is very difficult to match a bookslip with the copy to be returned.
Q: When do I have to register for visiting the EEB3 booksale?
A: Registration became necessary after the terrorist attack in March 2016. Once registration is open, parents will be notified via the APEEE newsletter. Please look out for it.
Registration is normally closed at 10 pm on the eve of the event. Each booksale event has its own registration list.
Q: My child is admitted into EEB3 after the last booksale event, what can I do?
A: In this case, we will do our best to help. But we cannot guarantee due to access restriction to the school compound. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis. You can start by contacting us on booksale.eeb3@gmail.com.
