The Bal du Bac Committee are delighted to welcome you to this year’s Bal du Bac to celebrate a great milestone in the lives of our S7’s students. This is the end of school, but the beginning of a new chapter for them, and also for their parents! We hope you will enjoy the party and that it will be a wonderful night to remember for everyone!

In order to help us with the smooth running of the event, please read the following information before proceeding to buy your tickets.

You will see that before you are able to pay for your ticket, there is a link to the Rules & Guidance for the Bal du Bac . The Participant or their Parent/Guardian (if the Participant is under the age of 18 years old) are required to read and accept these rules before you can proceed to checkout.

You will be required to show your booking confirmation and your ticket at the door.  If you are unable to do so, you may be denied entry to the event. All guests (with the exception of Family Ticket holders) must be over the age of 16 years old.

Tickets will come in the form of colour coded bracelets which will be distributed to students at school after ticket sales have closed and all orders have been processed. The Bal du Bac Committee will communicate the distribution date once ticket sales have closed at the end of May.

Family Tickets
For reasons of capacity at the venue, the number of Family Tickets is restricted to 8 guests per S7 Student.

VIP Ticket holders (S7/Teacher) & Teacher Dinner Ticket holders
You will have received Menu Options in the Bal du Bac 2024 communication. When booking your ticket please ensure that you select the ticket type corresponding to your choice of menu – Meat, Vegetarian or Vegan. Please communicate any specific food intolerances or allergies to the Bal du Bac Committee using the email contact below.

Plus One Ticket holders & S6 Ticket holders must be over 16 years old and will be asked to show ID upon entry with their ticket and booking confirmation.
