Guidelines from theSchool's Data Protection Correspondent 

Further to an APEEE query the School's Data Protection Correspondent issued the following guidelines on the subject of data collection and processing within each class.

• The School does not communicate parents’ data directly to the class representatives.
• All parents may exchange their contact details with their class representatives after the election.
• Alternatively, the elected representative may allow the School to share his/her e-mail address with the class. Then, the School could invite the parents to provide directly their class representative with their contact details

This is of interest for all class representatives that need to collect a number of personal data from parents for internal communication purposes.

The APEEE is allowed to process only the personal data of users of its services, and therefore is unable to provide a full list of all parents' personal data.
