Transport satisfaction survey

A transport satisfaction survey was sent last week to the parents, whose children are enrolled in the APEEE transport service.

This is a unique opportunity for us, APEEE Transport Working Group, to get direct feedback from parents with the aim of improving our service. We seek your input on the different aspects of the daily operation, the problems you encounter, but also your assessment on how our collaborators (bus drivers and monitors) perform their duties.

The success of the whole exercise depends, of course, on the level of participation. Therefore, we would like to ask you, if your children are enrolled in the school transport, to take the time and respond to the survey.

It is estimated that parents will need 10 minutes to fill out the questionnaire. Please note that this survey is hosted in our in-house platform (not the e-enrolment, but the one used for e-voting at the last General Meeting), which requires a different username / password. You can either log in  with your username and password (if acquired for voting at the APEEE General Meeting 2018) or reset your username / password here. The survey will remain open until 20 December 2018.
